Nervous to try Reformer classes? Don’t be! This class requires no prior experience. In this class we can walk you through using the Reformer and answer any questions you might have about the equipment. Just come ready to learn, move, and build a strong foundation for your Pilates practice.

If you are new to Reformer Pilates, taking The Basics class is strongly recommended before taking Beginner level class.
Slower-paced, foundational session designed with modified exercises and more reps in every exercise. We practice core engagement, alignment, and using the machine safety. Feel free to ask questions and learn to work with the machine at your pace.

Take your Reformer practice to the next level! This class designed for bodies that are comfortable with the fundamentals of Pilates and are ready for more of a challenge. This class builds on foundational exercises with resistance, unilateral work, and an emphasis on endurance.
Previous Reformer experience is recommended.

This class incorporates advanced exercises, complex transitions, stability challenges, and more difficult resistance. Advanced class will push you to explore the full expressions of the Pilates exercises on the Reformer.
Strong Reformer experience is recommended. This class is designed for bodies that are confident with developing advanced movements.

Practice Pilates as it was originally intended. This class follows the traditional Classical Pilates repertoire developed by Joseph Pilates, emphasizing precise technique, controlled movement, proper alignment, and the original sequence of exercises.
Using the Reformer, you’ll move through a structured series of exercises designed to build strength from your Powerhouse, improve coordination and flexibility, and develop greater body awareness. Each exercise has a purpose, building upon the last to create a balanced and challenging full-body workout.
Some Pilates familiarity recommended - modifications offered as needed. Come ready to learn, move with intention, and connect with the original Pilates Method.

Slow down, close your eyes, and breathe deeply. This restorative Reformer class combines slow movement and supported stretching to create space and length in the body.
Using the Reformer to assist and deepen your stretches, you’ll move through a calming sequence designed to release tension and encourage greater range of motion. The class is intentionally slower-paced, with an emphasis on breath, alignment, and mindful movement.
All levels are welcome. Whether you’re looking to recover from a challenging workout or simply give your body some time to lengthen and reset, this class is a great way to move, stretch, and reconnect.

Try Studio Barre to help you target specific muscle groups with minimal join impact.

A full-body workout inspired by the original barre method, combining elements of ballet, Pilates, and functional strength training. This class focuses on movements designed to build strength, endurance, balance, and stability.
Using the barre for support, you’ll work through targeted sequences for the legs, glutes, core, and upper body, with an emphasis on proper alignment and intentional movement. Expect small, controlled movements, high repetitions, and plenty of opportunities to challenge your muscles.
All levels are welcome. Modifications are offered throughout class so you can adjust the intensity while building strength and confidence at the barre.
